Collect every violation notice on the block to close out the agenda. Grab a BYLAW LOOPHOLE (the big gold seals in the corners) and for a few seconds the board can be dismissed on sight.
Every drink left on the property is a hazard. If a board member reaches it first, their sobriety drops a notch — they get faster, louder, and a whole lot less predictable. Get there first and pour it out for points.
