What this is
Virginia requires property owners’, condominium unit owners’ and cooperative associations to register with the Common Interest Community Board and file an annual report. The Board sits inside the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. This directory is built from those filings.
What the filing will not tell you is the dues, the rules, or who is on the board — for that you want the recorded declaration from the county clerk or circuit court.
