Is this an adult site?

How do you pronounce it?
“Drinking and H-O-A-ing.” HOAing → “aitch-oh-ay-ing.” If you said it as one syllable, please try again more slowly.
Are these real HOAs?
No. Every community, board member, violation and goose is fictional. The situations are drawn from real stories people send us, but names, addresses and community names are always removed.
Do you actually reduce HOA dues?
That is the goal, and it is not a promise. Participating communities can earn advertising and partnership revenue that may be applied toward HOA expenses, subject to their governing documents and applicable law. We publish the real numbers as they come in. The full explanation →

Document it: the date, the time, and what was said. Put it in writing to the association and the property manager. Then send it to us and we will make it a video.
