How a community gets on the board
- The association opts in and approves participation.
- We sell local sponsorships and advertising tied to that community.
- An agreed portion of net revenue is allocated back to the community.
- The association applies it against operating expenses or homeowner dues, subject to its governing documents and applicable law.
- We publish the number. All of it, including the years it was small.
