A room full of people who have all received the same letter. Nobody is going to measure anything. Nobody is going to mention mulch. It is going to be fine.
What a meeting looks like
- Somebody reads their violation notice out loud. Everyone else says “no.”
- Somebody shares the appeal that actually worked.
- Somebody who joined a board explains why, and is forgiven.
- The group agrees the goose is winning.
- Nobody takes minutes. There is no quorum. It is not a meeting in any governed sense.

We’re recruiting the first group of Team Leaders. You host it — a backyard, a bar, a clubhouse you are technically allowed to reserve. We give you the material.
